Affordable and quality food

It takes some challenges for us as Papua New Guinea transforms.

There are many challenges but in this piece we highlight accomodation, work pressure and costs.

Costs range from manging food and time to prepare and dine, affording accomodation and your time to move to and from work.

It's costly and we are under pressure often to make ends meet in a struggling economy.

The value of kina against the US dollars has just plummeted.

The worst , lowest we have been to was 1 kina buying US 18 cents.

Anyhow back to our point.

While we are facing tough economic times and we are under pressure to work and make ends meet.

There are afforable quality food you can buy and be content.

This one costs a total of K7.50 at the Five Mile Service station Kai Bar. It's on Boroko Drive.

Two kaukau costs K3 and three  kumu costs K3 as well. An egg costs K1.50.

The creamed kaukaus are a very tasty. One of the best we have tasted in Port Moresby.

To conclude, we stress here that despite the tough economic times, find approaches that you can eat well within your budget and continue to deliver in your work.

Be positive as we manage the rough seas. Our health is important. We must eat well. Don't bank on junks.
