Medical service delivered using digital convenience

 I share this as my first experience at the PMC clinic at RH Hypermart building, Gordon's Port Moresby.

I say it's the best.

My experience was just jaw dropping and in awe despite my medical ailments and I was there for consultation.

First things first. And it's not too cumbersome paper work. Nothing at all.

The front office attendant only gives you a paper to fill and she enters the details into a computer and you're done.

Just wait for the alarm from the gadget they have given you to go on. That means the doctor is waiting for you.

Phew...it's organised and no one disputes whose turn it is. Just join the queue already controlled and operationalised by digital technology.
